Meet The Brewer - Cask Pub & Kitchen Monday 12/08/13

We hope you can join us on Monday when both Gregg and Bryan will be showcasing our beers at the Cask Pub & Kitchen in Pimlico, from 5pm.

Expect 10 cask 7 kegged beers, some exclusive to this event. We will be launching a very limited edition beer, and there will also be some T-shirts to give away.

Below is a list of the beers we will be bringing.

The Bad habit, Single Hop Amarillo and Little Things That Kill (aged on coffee beans) are the only casks that were made of these beers. So they are exclusive to this event, and will not be found anywhere else.

Holy Hoppin' Hell (citra, Pacific Gem), this is the second batch of our double IPA. This time we used Citra and Pacific Gem for the late hops, and it weighs in at 9.7%. This is one of only 2 casks in existence.

We will be releasing our barrel aged version of our Single Hop Series No.1 - Chinook (A Boring Brown Beer) at this event. This was the first beer we brewed, which we left in a Heaven Hill Kentucky bourbon barrel for a little over a month. This beer is limited to just 200 litres, of which there are only 2 kegs and the rest in bottles. One of those kegs will be at the Cask event.

Find more information on these beers on our website.

Beer is now leaving the brewery

We have now started selling beer, so casks are leaving the brewery. We are trying to tweet about as many of these as we can, and give as much information, but we cannot always know when the beers will go on, so please do check with the free house yourself.

The best way to keep up to date, is to keep an eye on our Outlets tab on the main website, where we list all free-houses, bottle shops and beer festivals we are suppling.

If you do find our beers out there, please do let us know what you think, feedback is always helpful.

The Bull Stout and Oyster festival

We have sent our very first cask out of the brewery to our friends at The Bull in Highgate for their Stout and Oyster festival. This will be taking place over St Patrics day weekend, starting Thursday 14th March to the Sunday.

There will be a great selection of locally brewed stouts. And no double Gregg and Bryan will be around to sample these themselves, most likely Friday evening and Sunday if there is any left.

We are brewing!

It has been very busy at the brewery over the last few weeks. Not everything is 100% set up and working, but I guess the fact that we are now brewing counts as news.

So far we have brewed and bottle 2 special beers, Boring Brown Beer, and Miss the lights. And have Black Perle and Mariana Trench from our core range sat in fermenters. These beers should be out in the wild soon, so keep a look out.

Meet the brewer at the Magpie and Crown

While we are still waiting patiently for the brewery to be installed, we do have a couple of keykegs of our collaboration brew with London Brewing Co. Shark Biscuit kicking around.

We will be cracking one of these and talking a bit about our beers to come at the Magpie and Crown in Brentford on Friday 22nd February at 7pm.
